What is Included in The Barn Hire

 

  • You will have use of our ‘Farm Barn’ and farm paddock.

  • The farm paddock is perfect for adding a Marquee.

  • The Farm Barn comes with seating, along with picnic bench tables in the paddock.

  • Our farm Barn is decorated to provide a wonderful back drop to your celebration

  • Farm Barn seats approx 25/30, paddock area 60

  • PYO Farm flowers

  • Farm Photobooth

  • Wooden Farm Trolley, decorated with Straw Bales, bunting and Watering Can filled with flowers 

  • Personalised Vintage A Board

  • Wheelbarrow for Gifts & Presents, lined with hessian, and dressed with balloons complete a personalised A Board

  • Jam Jars, Vases, Buckets & Watering Cans 

  • Wheelbarrow filled with seed favours

  • Vintage Ladder

  • Animal feed for your guests to feed the farm animals

  • You are free to walk around the farm and look at our animals and Fruit Orchards

  • Parking is provided at the farm, where we can accommodate your guests cars.

  • Portable clean toilet for you to use, additional toilets may be required for larger party bookings, which we will advice you off.

  • Evening Parties will be lit by our Festoon Lighting and lamps.

  • Little Fant Farm will be yours exclusively for the hire time!
