Tucked away in the Kent countryside, Sonya's Tea Barn at Little Fant Farm is a little café with a difference.
Proud to have been named one of the Top 3 Best Cafés in Kent in the 2026 KM Awards, our open-fronted Tea Barn looks out across the farm and surrounding countryside.
Come for great coffee, loaded hot chocolates, freshly baked cakes and our seasonal food — then stay for everything else Little Fant Farm has to offer.
We bake right here on the farm, with a counter full of homemade cakes, bakes and seasonal favourites that change throughout the year.
The Tea Barn is open Thursday–Sunday, 10am–4pm.
And the best bit? There’s always something different happening throughout the seasons.
🍂 THIS OCTOBER – PUMPKIN SEASON
Throughout October, your trip to the Tea Barn can include a wander through our Pick Your Own pumpkin patch.
🎃 PYO Pumpkins – Saturday & Sunday, 10am–4pm
Choose from our home-grown pumpkins and squashes, from tiny £1 pumpkins right through to our super-large varieties.
No booking • No entrance fee • Free parking
Grab a wheelbarrow, find your pumpkins and then head back to the Tea Barn for coffee, cake, lunch or one of our autumn specials.
🎃 PUMPKINS & CREATIONS MAKERS MARKET
Saturday 17 October
For one weekend in October we're adding even more to your visit, with our autumn Makers Market alongside pumpkin picking.
Discover independent makers and small businesses, visit the pumpkin patch and, of course, stop by the Tea Barn for something delicious.

The Tea Barn changes with the seasons.
Across the year you might find Pick Your Own produce, flowers, pumpkins, makers markets, workshops, farm events and other seasonal activities happening around the farm.
That means a visit in summer can feel completely different to a visit in autumn.
At the heart of it all is our little Tea Barn — homemade food, countryside views and a relaxed place to meet, eat and enjoy a little bit of farm life.

Gather & Glow is our relaxed monthly evening for women to get together, switch off from everyday life and enjoy doing something a little different.
Each month brings a new creative activity, conversation and gentle reflection, with time to simply enjoy being around other women.
October’s Gather & Glow is an autumn-inspired creative evening, making beautiful decorated mason jar lanterns.
No pressure. No need to be creative. Just come along, have a go and enjoy the evening.
Further Gather & Glow evenings will continue through November, January and February.
