Terms & Conditions

Pricing & Party Times

• £15 per child

• Minimum booking fee £150

• Maximum 14 children per party

• ​

Farm Parties take place on:

Saturdays | 1:00pm – 3:00pm

All parties are fully hosted and led by a Little Fant Farm Party Leader.

What’s Included

• Party plan and activities led by our Farm Party Leader

• Welcome and arrival of party guests

• Guided farm walk and farm trail

• Feeding and learning about our farm animals

• Time for party food

• Singing Happy Birthday and blowing out candles

• Use of our decorated Farm Party Barn

Supervision & Responsibility

Parents and guardians remain fully responsible for the supervision, behaviour and safety of all children attending the party at all times.

We recommend a minimum supervision ratio of 1 adult per 4 children.

Little Fant Farm staff will lead activities, but this does not replace parental supervision.

Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable booking fee of £150 is required to secure your party date

• The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before the party date

• Your booking is not confirmed until the booking fee has been received

• ​

Cancellations & Changes

• The £150 booking fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation

• If Little Fant Farm needs to cancel due to exceptional circumstances, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund if no suitable date can be agreed

• ​

Party Timings & Departure

• Parties run strictly from 1:00pm to 3:00pm

• All party guests must leave promptly at 3:00pm

• A 15-minute grace period is provided after guests have left for parents to:

  • collect presents

  • complete basic tidying

• No additional activities, play or guest use of the barn is permitted after 3:00pm

Set-Up & Decorations

• The Farm Party Barn is pre-set and decorated by Little Fant Farm

• We are unable to alter the party layout, decorations or set-up

• No decorations may be attached to walls, beams or ceilings

If you wish to organise your own personalised or self-led party, this may be available through our Barn Hire facility instead.

Food & Litter

• You are welcome to bring your own party food, which must be kept within the Party Barn

• Alternatively, Farm Party Food Boxes are available (details provided after booking)

• All rubbish, packaging and leftover food must be taken home

• Please do not leave waste on the farm or in farm bins

• ​

Weather

Our Farm Party Barn is undercover, however we are very much an outdoor farm venue.

• We do not offer refunds due to wet or cold weather

• Please ensure all guests are dressed appropriately for outdoor conditions

If we feel that adverse weather poses a risk to the safety of children or adults, we reserve the right to cancel the party and offer:

• an alternative date, or

• a full refund if no suitable alternative date can be agreed

Insurance & Liability

Little Fant Farm is fully insured for personal injury whilst you are on the farm.
However, parents and guardians remain responsible for their own children.

We cannot accept responsibility for injury, illness or accidents resulting from:

• failure to follow staff instructions

• failure to follow farm safety guidance

Farm Safety Policy

• Please do not allow children to touch our farm aniamls​

• Please do not enter farm paddocks unless accompanied by a member of Little Fant Farm staff

• All children will be asked to wash their hands before eating

• Children may sit on the farm tractor only under adult supervision

• Please do not allow children to climb farm fences (barbed wire is present)

Agreement

By booking a Farm Party at Little Fant Farm, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
