Your Barn Yard Party

£13.55 per child, Minimum booking fee £150 includes 1 1/2 hours of Farm Party Fun

​

Bookings are only on Saturdays 10am - 11:30am.  12:30pm - 2pm

A deposit of £65 is required to secure your booking.

 

You will have  private use of the Farm  Barn. Maximum number of children is 20, min 10

​

You will be responsible for looking after your party group and the safety of the children, please ensure there are enough adults to do this. As a minimum we would recommend 1 Adult for every 4 children.

Deposit

 

A deposit of £65 is required to confirm your Birthday Party, with the final balance due 2 weeks before your Birthday Party date.

​

 

Cancellation

 

If you need to cancel your  Birthday Party due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be given upon receipt of a cancellation email up to 28 days before your booked party date. 50% refund 2 weeks before. 

If you need to change the date of your party we will do all we can to allocate another convenient time for you, you will not lose your deposit by doing this.

Weather!

 

Our Farm Yard Party Barn is undercover, but we are very much an outdoor venue and can  not offer refunds due to wet weather. Please ensure your party guests come suitably clothed.  

 

If we feel the safety of your children and adults is at risk due to adverse weather conditions, then we reserve the right to cancel your party and offer you  another date. A full refund of any monies paid will be given if this happens and no suitable alternative date can be agreed.

 

Food & Drink

 

You are welcome to bring your own food which must be kept within the Party Barn. We Can supply party boxes £4.50 each

Insurance & Liability

 

Little Fant Farm is fully insured for any personal injury whilst you are on the farm, however we would like to ask you to be responsible for your own children and can not accept responsibility of any harm or illness caused to your child if our safety policies are not adhered to.

Little Fant Farm Safety Policy

 

We have Chickens, Ducks, Geese, & Pigs we ask you please not to let the children  touch them.

 

You may wish to pat our Shetland Ponies, please ensure your child has washed their hands afterwards.

Please do not enter any farm Paddock, unless accompanied by a member of Little Fant Farm staff.

 

All children will be asked to wash their hands,  prior to eating their party food.

 

We have a tractor in the Farm Yard Tea Barn, child are able to sit on this, please supervise your children whilst they are on the tractor. We can not accept responsibility for any harm caused to your child as a result of this.

 

Please do not let children climb the farm fences, they have barbed wire on them and we can not accept responsibility for any injuring caused by this.

 

Due to Hay Bales in the FarmYard Party Barn, lighting of candles in the Party Barn is strictly prohibited, this can be done outside the Barn by a staff member of Little Fant Farm only.

 

The party host must sign and return our Barnyard Birthday Party Terms & Conditions prior to the party date, failure to do this may result in us not being able to hold your party.
