We have a very small limited number of bookings that we will take and look forward to celebrating your family occasion here at the farm and thank you for your support in helping us keep farming.
What is the Maximum Number of Guests?
Our farm Tea Barn & Paddock is for a maximum of 150 guests. For larger parties we have the perfect spot for a Marquee or Tipi.
When Can I Hire The Barn?
Our Barn is available to hire Midweek daytime only, Friday daytime & evening, Saturdays daytime and/or evening, Sunday afternoon and/or evening.
What Can I Hire The Barn For?
Our Tea Barn and Paddock is perfect for any party or meeting!
It works very well for children’s birthday celebrations, (max 20 children)
Hen Parties, Groups and, Christenings, Anniversaries & Weddings.
Hire can be for just an hour or all day.
Please note at the end of your hire time all your guests should have left the barn and paddock area.
What is Included in The Barn Hire

You are free to walk around the farm and look at our animals and Fruit Orchards

Parking is provided at the farm, where we can accommodate your guests cars.

Portable clean toilet for you to use, additional toilets may be required for larger party bookings, which we will advice you off.

Evening Parties will be lit by our Festoon Lighting and lamps.

Little Fant Farm will be yours exclusively for the hire time!
Can I have a DIY Wedding?
Yes the only part we will organise for you is the bar.

How Do I Make A Booking?
Please check our availability calendar
Please email us littlefantfarm@gmail.com with details of your party, date, approx guest numbers and any other information you are able to give at this stage. We will then confirm availability and hire cost.
What is the Deposit?
We ask for a deposit of £65 for hire of 3 hours or less, 3 hours or more a deposit of £250. Final payment would be due 3 months before your hire date.
What time will our Party need to finish?
You are welcome to stay on the farm until 11:00pm, we have neighbours and we live on the farm and we would like music to be turned off or very low at 10:30pm. There will also be a control over the music volume during your party.
Can we bring our own food?
Yes you are more than welcome to bring your own food, bring in outside caterers or we can cater for you, the choice is yous.
Can We Bring Our Own Alcohol?
Your party needs to run seamlessly and you need to enjoy yourself ! So we organise all the alcohol for you, supplied and run by Swig & Saddle, a very suiting horse trailer bar. Let us know what you would like to drink at your party and we will supply it for you.
Do you supply glasses?
We do not supply any glassware and also we ask you to not bring glass onto the farm as any broken glass left on the fields could cause serious injury to us, and our animals at a later date. Please bring recyclable plastic cups.
Do you supply the music?
We can provide a PA compatible with mobile phones. We also have a contact details of musicians.
Can We Add our own decorations?
You are more than welcome to bring balloons but we do not allow any other decorations to be attached to the barn without prior consent. All decorations must be removed and taken home with you after the party.
Can you provide us with food for our party?
Yes we would love to cater for your party. We use as much seasonal produce from the farm that we can and everything is freshly made. Please ask for our Barn Buffet Menus.
We would like to hire Crockery & Cutlery.
We can provide Crockery and Cutlery, please let us know what you would require.
Will you help us organise suppliers and our wedding day?
Yes we would love to, every party or wedding booked at the farm will be closely overseen by Sonya to ensure your day runs smoothly, as planned and Sonya will be available to help if needed.
Can We Park At The Farm?
Yes we have ample parking space for your guests and for larger parties we will provide a car parking steward.
Can We Leave Our Car Overnight?
Yes you are more than welcome to leave your car overnight and collect the following day by 11am. There will be a £10 charge per car, which must be paid prior to your party, along with the car registration number. We can not accept any responsibility of damage to cars whilst they are at the farm. If Cars are left which haven’t paid, payment can either be taken on the day or the fee will be taken from your Party deposit.
Can we Camp Overnight
Yes we have an area for overnight camping, pitches are £20 and will include use of toilet and Tea/Coffee from the Tea Barn in the morning.
Cooked breakfast in the morning is also available at £6 per head.
We would like to hire a Marquee/Tipi
Our Tea Barn Paddock is suitable for Marquee/Tipi Hire, please let us know your plans.
Do you provide toilets?
Our farm have a clean Portable toilet suitable for up to 40 guests.
We recommend you hire extra toilets for your party for larger numbers we can give you details of reputable toilet companies.
Extras Available
Marquee - we would recommend for parties that are being held in the evening with 40 plus guests you hire a Marquee as well. This will give you peace of mind in case there is any bad weather as our barn is open fronted and can only hold up to 30 people seated, 40 standing.
