Glow & Grow - Nuture & Nature Workshops

Hello!
I'm Sonya and I am the co-founder of Little Fant Farm.

For a few years now I have been sharing a small part of my life at Little Fant Farm on my facebook group 'The Life That Cakes Built' with hope of giving inspiration and an insight to my own life challenges and how I manage these. The support from this group has really kept me going!

Not everything happens when we think it will, or how it will. For about 3 years now I have wanted to launch a motivational group, helping women with their self esteem, set up their own business ideas or just create a space for some valuable 'me' time.

I have found myself teaming up with my school friend of 40 years, Mel, ‘’Executive Leader & Champion For Women’s Success’’ who is the perfect compliment to my ideas and we are going to be holding our first Nature & Nuture Workshop on Sunday 26th May at Little Fant Farm.

This workshop we will be saying 'Hello!' and discussing some topics that we feel would benefit us all...starting with Goal Planning, getting crafty, (no skills required), taking a sunflower seed home to look after & grow amd simply enjoying & relaxing in the farm atmosphere .

This is a Ticket Only Workshop, tickets can be booked online
