Hi Everyone! My name is
Ben. I've been in the fitness industry for over 20 years, and have previously run one-to-one personal training sessions, bootcamps and sport massage therapy sessions throughout my career.
Why is this bootcamp unique?
Having walked through the farm a few weeks ago and looking for a new place for my bootcamp, I fell in love with the area and wanted to try out a bootcamp with a difference. This bootcamp integrates farming equipment such as hay stacks, wheelbarrows and tractor tyres along with body weight exercises and fitness equipment (battle ropes, boxing gloves/pads and hammers among other things).
What to expect?
Each client will have their measurements taken at the start (optional) if they would like to track the start of their fitness adventure. The classes will be 1 hour with a community feel for all levels of fitness. The exercises are tailor made for each client so that no one is left behind.
The sessions will improve your fitness as well as being fun and engaging for all members.
